The Great British Sleep Survey

Some interesting insights from a recent sleep survey of over 6000 people in the UK. Sleep quality deteriorates with age - 30% of 16-20 year olds report getting a good night’s sleep compared with 17% of over 60’s. Older people were twice as likely to take sleeping pills – 30% of over 60’s are taking some form of prescription or over the counter remedy.
