How do I find the product I'm looking for?

By search. If you know what you want, simply go to the area marked 'search' and type in a keyword. This can be a product name or a brand name and you can be as general or as specific as you wish. You can always "ask the assistant" for help in finding items in different colours and sizes.

By browsing. Simply click on a product category on the top navigation bar and then select from the choices presented.

 

How do I order?

Ordering at yorkshirelinen.com is easy, fast and secure. We have a Safety Guarantee for your transactions and a Privacy Policy.

To place an order, look at the four simple steps below.

1. After you've found what you want click the add to basket button.
2. You are now in your 'shopping basket'. It stores all the items you are planning to buy. You can remove or amend any items in the shopping basket. To amend or remove an item, look at the products in your shopping basket and click either of these buttons against the product you wish to change.
3. Once you're happy with what you've got, click 'go to checkout'
4. Then type in your personal details in the secure 'checkout'.

If you don't want to fill in these forms again the next time you visit yorkshirelinen.com , choose a username and password and click 'Register' to continue the checkout process.

How do I pay?

How do I register and what are the advantages?

Register once to yorkshirelinen.com and never have to re-type your details again. All your forms will be completed with your personal details automatically. What's more all your details will be private and secure. To register, simply choose a username and password the first time you go through the checkout process. Next time you're shopping, entering the same username and password will retrieve all your address and delivery details.

 

How are goods delivered and how much does it cost?

With yorkshirelinen.com the standard delivery charge is only £3.95 for all goods bought in one transaction. The standard delivery charge applies for all addresses on the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands). We are able to deliver to addresses in Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands – please contact us for information on specific delivery charges for these areas. Your goods are delivered within 3-10 days, to your home or an alternative address that has been previously specified.

FREE DELIVERY

If your order total is above the level for free delivery you will not be charged the delivery rate of £3.95. When you put goods in your basket a panel will show you if you have qualified for free delivery or how much more you need to spend to qualify for free delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please Note. In the event that our couriers are unable to deliver your goods due to there being no one available at the delivery address stated on your order. A card will be left indicating that a second attempt will be made the following day (assuming that it is within the normal delivery days Monday to Friday). If our couriers are unable to deliver a second time, a second card will be left. At this point, the goods are returned to us and a new delivery charge (at the current rate) will be charged for any further delivery. This charge also applies to change of address details after we have shipped the goods. Delivery charges are not refundable in the event that no one was available to accept the delivery.

 

What is the 14 day no quibble money back guarantee ?

This is simply our guarantee to you that you can return any products to us for a full refund if they prove unsuitable for any reason. Please read the notes regarding how to make a return .

 

How do I make a return?

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.

  • If you are not happy with your www.yorkshirelinen.com goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt
  • We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
  • We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
  • We will only refund the costs of postage (to a maximum of £3.95) where the item returned is deemed faulty by www.yorkshirelinen.com.

  • If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
  • If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.
  • All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.
  • Only replacement Items deemed faulty by www.yorkshirelinen.com will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
  • Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.

 

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Should there be any problems regarding your order a further email will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Sorry, we don't currently accept any orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom. We also only accept payment by U.K. issued credit cards.
