"I just had to say I made an order with yourselves for some turbie towels and the customer service/deliverywas excellent. In this day and age it is very unusual to get good customer service so I just had to let you guys know that your service certainly sticks out from the crowd.
I was kept informed of the order throughout, when it would be delivered, at what time and finally an e-mail to say the package had been delivered! I also had to speak with your call centre who were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely outstanding service! "On Sunday I ordered some bedding from you and yesterday it arrived. I am really pleased with the quality of the bedding and that it looked liked the pictures on the website. So often Websites can be misleading. I was notified by the couriers that they had my bedding and when they intended to deliver it, informing me that a signature would be needed.
